Terms & Conditions

• Ordering & Payment: Orders can be placed online and must be paid for by debit card. There is a £2 surcharge for credit cards. Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of where to send your photos. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or we can arrange collections for you. Once we receive your photos onto our premises these will be scanned and converted. We aim to turn around all orders within 5 days.
  
  
• Preparation: Photos should be prepared by you for best results - This includes rotating the right way. This will save time rotating the images on screen. If we receive the photos without any specific categorising they will be scanned as a large batch with a basic filename. Once imported to your computer package they can be easily indexed.
  
  
• Delivery: Delivery back to you will be made by us or by one of our partners like TNT / Business Post. Delivery is excluded from the scanning charge but made clear at the time of order and is around £5.99 unless free with your order
  
  
• Scanning: Photos are scanned at 300 dpi and are saved as jpeg files. We cannot guarantee the quality of the reproduction due to the variance in quality of the photos we receive. We do not enhance or manipulate the scanned images. Images are deskewed where necessary. We only scan 1 side.
  
  
• End Product: Once the scanning job is complete, we create a CD or DVD depending on the physical size of data needed. The disc is then delivered to you together with your original photos.
